BusinesSolutions was founded by Stephen Openshaw, Ph.D. to provide organizational consultation for a wide variety of issues in the world of business, including creative strategy planning, solution-focused change management, employee selection and executive development. He is a Principal in The Global Consulting Partnership. Dr. Openshaw is originally from the Southern California area. He completed his B.A. in psychology at California State University at Fullerton. He received his Master of Science and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Purdue University in Indiana. He is licensed as a psychologist in California, and has been practicing in Fullerton since 1983. He has provided presentations and programs for a wide variety of groups and organizations, and has continued to develop novel solutions for the problems presented by individuals, groups and organizations. Dr. Openshaw completed the training program in Organizational Consultation offered by the Brenner Consulting Group. He currently divides his time between his clinical and consulting practices. BusinesSolutions has the resources to handle almost any selection or development project through our affiliation with local and national consultants, resources and organizations, including The Global Consulting Partnership.
